By right-clicking on a selected image, and selecting Delete, a dialog box will appear presenting three options: 1. "Remove reference to the current Contact". Selecting this option will delete the Notes/History entry in this contact's record making the associated image unavailable to both Act! and PhotoACT. The image itself, however, will remain on your hard drive and will not be affected. 2. "Just do not let PhotoACT display it". Selecting this option will simply flag the Notes/History entry in Act! so that PhotoACT will skip this entry the next time it paints the images in the Images Tab. 3. "Physically delete the file from Hard Drive". This option permanently erases the actual file associated with the image in addition to removing the Notes/History entry. Back to Top
